Do you ship outside the US?
As of April 30, 2014 we are shipping to Canada and Australia. We have temporarily suspended shipping to the UK (except for wholesale orders) due to excessive Customs, Duties and VAT fees. In the meantime if you would like to place an order for an international delivery just shoot us an email and we can discuss making arrangements. PLEASE NOTE: International order are subject to Customs, Duties and VAT which is paid by the customer upon delivery.
If I place an international order, do I have to pay Customs/Duties/VAT?
Maybe. Depending on the size of your order and the attitude of the customs agent that day, you may have to pay Customs or Duties. For Canada, customs is typically between 13-15% of your total order. For Australia, orders under $100 are not subject to customs. We are not customs experts, so don’t take our word for it. This information is subject to change that is beyond our control. We suggest consulting with your local customs agent or you can roll the dice and see what happens.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
Of course not. You can purchase your order via credit card, PayPal, or gold bullion.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We can accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks, diamonds, cows or goats as payment.
What if I would like to sell stinky candles in my store, or add it to my product line?
Stinky candles are definitely a unique product and we welcome discussions with potential distributors. If you believe our product would make a great addition to your product line, please email us your details along with a brief explanation of your specific interest and we will get right back to you. Alternatively you can fill out our wholesale application form here and a representative will contact to you within 24 hours.
My purchase arrived damaged, what shall I do?
First of all, don’t panic. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the problem (attach a picture of the damage if you can) and we will see to it that your damaged item is replaced with a candle of equal or lesser stinkyness.
How do I share specific feedback?
We would love to hear your specific feedback (good or bad) regarding our products, services, or experience. Please email us often at email@example.com. We treat our customer feedback extremely seriously as it’s one of the most valuable assets we possess. Without this feedback (both positive and negative) we cannot grow, improve, and adapt to our ever changing world.
What if I have a specific fragrance idea/request?
We have attempted to identify all the scents that we would like to produce (there are well over 150), but if you have something you believe would make a perfect candle, please send your suggestions.
What if I’m unhappy with my candle and want a refund?
Smell can be a very personal thing, literally–if you are dissatisfied with your candle please return it to us and we will refund you the cost of the product once we receive it. We do not refund the cost of shipping.
